BREAKER PARTS & SUPPORT
Hydraulic Breaker Hoses and Piping Kits
NEWLAND supplies hydraulic breaker hoses and piping-kit requirements for defined carrier and attachment arrangements. A useful inquiry identifies both ends of each connection, the route and the applicable hydraulic requirements. Send your carrier, breaker and installation details so the proposed supply can distinguish replacement hose assemblies from a wider piping and connection package.
Separate a replacement hose from a piping package
A replacement hose inquiry concerns a particular assembly and its two ends. A carrier piping-kit inquiry can involve a wider installation arrangement. State which task you are purchasing for before listing components, because a hose photograph does not define an entire carrier-to-breaker circuit.
NEWLAND supplies the agreed hose and piping requirement against the actual arrangement. Include the carrier and breaker identities, any coupler or adapter that affects routing, and the circuit information relevant to the proposed installation. The complete connection record helps prevent assumptions based on a similar machine.
Describe each connection from end to end
Label the two ends of each hose separately. Show fitting form, orientation and connection reference points, along with the required route. Length needs an agreed measurement basis; a loose hose laid on the ground may not show the installed routing or allowance clearly.
| Inquiry field | What to record |
|---|---|
| Hose identity | Circuit location and quantity |
| End A and end B | Fitting type, orientation and connection details |
| Length and route | Defined reference points and routing photographs |
| Hydraulic requirements | Applicable pressure, flow and fluid information |
| Package scope | Hoses, fittings, clamps and other specified items |
Review installation constraints with the proposed product
Movement, nearby surfaces and available space affect the intended route. Provide photographs that show the attachment through its planned working arrangement, including a Quick Coupler where fitted. The proposed hose specification and routing should be reviewed together using the actual product and carrier information.
Do not use a new hose to conceal an unresolved installation problem. If the old assembly failed, include the location and inspection findings with the replacement request. This helps distinguish the requested component from a wider technical review of routing or the circuit.
Questions about hoses and piping kits
Can I order from the overall hose length alone?
Length is only one field. Both connection ends, orientation, hydraulic requirements and measurement reference points are needed to describe the intended assembly.
Does a piping kit include every carrier component?
The supply list must define that. Identify the required lines, hoses, connections and mounting items, and distinguish them from any existing carrier equipment.
Can hydraulic quick-disconnect fittings be included?
State the exact fitting requirement and interface details separately. These fluid connections are different from the mechanical Quick Coupler used to connect the attachment.
