Hydraulic Breaker Parts

Find replacement components for your hydraulic breaker, from working tools and wear parts to pistons, cylinders and heads. Use the breaker model and part reference to start; drawings and measured dimensions help resolve differences between similar components.

Find a replacement part: choose your identification route

Already have an original part reference? Send it with the exact breaker model and quantity. Have a drawing or sample instead? Start with that record and identify which measurements still need checking. For a repeat order, include the previous NEWLAND quotation or order reference and note any changes.

No part number? Build a clear photo record

Include the breaker identification plate, the component in its installed position, and the removed component from several sides. Mark the requested item on a parts diagram if available. Label dimensions in mm or inches and state whether measurements come from a drawing or a worn component. Leave unavailable dimensions blank rather than guessing.

Identify the component from its location

Start with photographs of the complete breaker, its identification plate and the component you want to replace. Add a marked parts diagram if you have one. Photograph the component from several sides, including its ends, holes and connection surfaces.

Use photos to identify the component, then use the part number or a dimensioned drawing to check fit. Label the measurement points and units so that bores, shoulders and connection faces can be compared consistently.

Spare-parts inquiry checklist

  • Send the breaker make, exact model, part reference and required quantity.
  • Review any requested dimensions or additional photographs with NEWLAND.
  • Confirm the identified component, quoted scope and destination before ordering.

Parts identification questions

Can you help when I have no part number?

Send the model plate, photographs and available dimensions. We can discuss the information needed to identify a potential replacement; a match must still be confirmed before ordering.

Does a similar-looking part fit my breaker?

Visual similarity is not enough. Dimensions, component references and the relevant mating details need to be checked.

Can I inquire about several components at once?

Yes. Send a numbered list or marked parts diagram with a quantity for each item.
