Hydraulic Breakers for Skid Steers

NEWLAND breaker range — reference image
NEWLAND supplies hydraulic breaker configurations for skid steer and suitable track loader applications. A useful order defines both the breaker and its loader-side mounting and hydraulic connections. Share the machine identity, attachment interface and documented auxiliary circuit information so the proposed package can be reviewed for your specific setup and working task before the purchase is finalized.
Define the loader-side installation
A skid steer breaker purchase includes more than the impact unit. The mounting plate, attachment retention arrangement, connection positions and hose routing all affect how the finished assembly works with the loader. Send the actual interface details instead of relying on a general description such as standard mount.
Compact and mini loader arrangements should be identified separately from larger machines. A product described for a skid steer is not automatically suitable for every loader or track loader. The carrier configuration and attachment limits must remain visible throughout the quotation.
Match the hydraulic and physical requirements
Record the machine’s documented auxiliary circuit information and explain which operating mode or attachment circuit is available. Include connection photographs and any existing attachment documentation. NEWLAND uses the supplied record to discuss the proposed breaker package without assuming that high flow, standard flow or a similar label means the same thing on every machine.
| Inquiry field | Useful evidence |
|---|---|
| Carrier identity | Model and operating configuration |
| Auxiliary circuit | Documented flow and pressure information |
| Mounting interface | Plate drawing, retention details and photographs |
| Connections | Hose-end arrangement and routing restrictions |
| Application | Material, access and expected working pattern |
Keep optional items separate
Ask the offer to identify the breaker, mounting arrangement, working tool and connection items individually. If a Quick Coupler is also required, state whether it changes the mechanical attachment connection. Hydraulic hose quick-disconnect fittings and a mechanical attachment coupler are different items and need separate descriptions.
For repeat purchases, retain the machine-to-breaker configuration record rather than ordering only by the loader’s name. The approved record can support later inquiries for tools, bushings, pins, hoses or another complete attachment.
Questions about skid steer breakers
Can one breaker fit both a skid steer and an excavator?
A shared breaker description does not confirm a shared installation. Mounting, hydraulic requirements and the complete installed arrangement need to be checked separately for each carrier.
Is a quick-disconnect fitting the same as a Quick Coupler?
No. A hose fitting connects the fluid circuit. A mechanical Quick Coupler connects the attachment. Specify which component you require and include its interface details.
What should be included with my order request?
Provide the carrier and circuit record, mounting photographs, working task and requested supply scope. Identify the tools, hoses, mounting plate and coupler separately so each can be included or excluded clearly.
