Large Hydraulic Breakers

NEWLAND breaker range — reference image
NEWLAND supplies large hydraulic breakers for buyers planning substantial breaking work and a corresponding carrier installation. Selection starts with the real material, machine and duty pattern, rather than a claim about the largest attachment. Describe the site and carrier configuration so the proposed breaker, mounting package, tools and supporting product documents can be considered together before ordering.
Featured models represent part of our range. Contact us for other models, excavator weight ranges and tool diameters.
Choose a housing for your NLB model
Each NLB model below links to Box Type, Top Type and Side Type products. Compare the series specifications first, then confirm the mounting arrangement and total weight for the selected housing.
Define the breaking job before the size
A large breaker inquiry should explain what must be broken and how the carrier can approach it. Include the material description, typical dimensions, access constraints and expected work pattern. A nominal attachment size is less useful when the working environment and required installation remain unknown.
The supporting carrier has its own attachment limits and hydraulic requirements. Account for the complete installed combination, including the bracket, tool, coupler or adapter. A larger breaker should not be treated as an automatic way to improve output without reviewing that combination.
Build a model-specific selection record
Provide the carrier’s documented attachment and auxiliary circuit information along with mounting drawings. For sustained project work, state the planned shifts and whether the breaker moves between carriers. These are inquiry details for selecting and documenting the proposed equipment; they are not a substitute for the model’s operating instructions.
| Selection area | What to include |
|---|---|
| Application | Material, access, working position and duty description |
| Carrier | Operating configuration and attachment limits |
| Hydraulics | Documented auxiliary supply and return arrangement |
| Mounting | Pin or coupler interface and drawing |
| Order scope | Tools, connections and requested spare components |
Plan tools, wear parts and shipment together
A complete quotation should state the working tool configuration and identify the parts needed to support the intended order. Record any additional tools and wear components separately from the breaker. This helps purchasing teams compare the initial package while keeping later replenishment references consistent.
For international delivery, the agreed product and packing information belong with the commercial record. Confirm the delivery destination and the information required by your receiving team so the quote, packing list and product identities remain aligned.
Questions about large breakers
Does a larger breaker always increase production?
Output depends on the material, access, carrier match and work method as well as the attachment. Use the actual job conditions for selection and request model-specific information rather than relying on size alone.
Can one large breaker be used across several carriers?
Each carrier installation needs its own hydraulic and mounting review. A shared attachment plan should identify any different brackets, adapters or connection arrangements and keep those records separate.
How should spare tools be ordered?
Tie every tool and wear-part item to the selected breaker model and configuration. State quantities individually and retain the approved references with the original order for later repeat inquiries.

Selected larger NLB examples for carrier comparison
Eight NLB models have listed excavator-range lower limits of 25 Ton or more: NLB150, NLB155, NLB160, NLB165, NLB175, NLB195, NLB200 and NLB210. The selected models in this comparison have reference tool diameters of 150–210 mm and listed carrier ranges extending to 75 Ton. Other carrier requirements and tool diameters are available on inquiry.
Model numbers do not create a simple carrier-size ladder. NLB160 is listed for 40–55 Ton excavators, while NLB165 is listed for 30–40 Ton. Compare the exact row, including required oil flow and operating pressure, before choosing a configuration.
