Hydraulic Breakers for Mini Excavators

Three NEWLAND hydraulic breaker designs shown side by side

NEWLAND breaker range — reference image

NEWLAND supplies hydraulic breakers for mini and compact excavator applications, with the carrier match defined before ordering. A small breaker still needs the correct hydraulic supply, attachment weight and mounting interface. Tell us about your machine, existing coupler and working task so the quotation can identify a practical complete package and the documents supporting that selection.

Featured models represent part of our range. Contact us for other models, excavator weight ranges and tool diameters.

Choose a housing for your NLB model

Each NLB model below links to Box Type, Top Type and Side Type products. Compare the series specifications first, then confirm the mounting arrangement and total weight for the selected housing.

Start with the actual compact machine

Mini excavators cover different machine layouts and hydraulic arrangements. A nominal machine weight does not describe the complete operating configuration or the attachment limits. Begin with the carrier identification and its documented breaker or auxiliary attachment information, then state what equipment remains on the stick.

For work in confined areas, include photographs showing access and the intended breaking position. The selected tool and attachment geometry should be considered together, particularly where a coupler or adapter adds distance and weight between the machine and breaker.

Prepare a compact-machine matching record

NEWLAND can review your requirement against the proposed breaker configuration. The most useful inquiry combines carrier information with an honest description of the task. Explain whether the work concerns concrete, rock or another declared material, and whether it involves occasional openings or repeated breaking.

  • Carrier model, operating configuration and attachment-weight information.
  • Documented auxiliary flow and pressure information.
  • Return-line and connection details, including any relevant carrier restrictions.
  • Pin-on or Quick Coupler interface, with a drawing or labeled dimensions.
  • Working material, access constraints and preferred tool shape.

Choose the supply package before comparing price

A mini excavator breaker offer should make the included mounting components and connections clear. Request separate identification of the bracket, hoses, working tool and any additional tool. A lower headline attachment price may cover a different set of components, so compare the full proposed scope.

Where the machine will support more than one attachment, keep the breaker connection record alongside the coupler details. Repeated tool and wear-part purchases also benefit from a consistent NEWLAND model reference and the order’s configuration record.

Questions about mini excavator breakers

Can I select a breaker by excavator tonnage alone?

Tonnage is a useful initial filter, but the hydraulic information, attachment limits and mounting arrangement still need to match. Send those details before choosing a particular configuration.

Does a smaller working tool guarantee suitability?

No. Tool diameter does not replace a full breaker and carrier compatibility review. The complete attachment weight, hydraulic requirements and geometry remain part of the selection.

What if I only have photographs of the machine?

Send clear photographs together with the machine identification. NEWLAND can identify the missing information needed for a quotation; photographs alone should not be treated as approval of a hydraulic or mounting match.

Selected NLB examples with carrier references up to 7 Ton

For a compact-machine starting point, four NLB models have listed excavator-range upper limits of 7 Ton or less: NLB40 (0.8–2.5 Ton), NLB45 (1.2–3 Ton), NLB53 (2.5–4.5 Ton) and NLB68 (4–7 Ton). Their tool diameters are 40, 45, 53 and 68 mm respectively.

This group is selected by the stated upper weight limit, rather than a fixed definition of a mini excavator. Their required oil flows are 15–30, 20–40, 25–50 and 40–70 L/min. Use the full table to compare overlapping choices and check the carrier’s attachment limits.
