Compare the full bolt profile and both ends. Where the drawing gives an overall length and a threaded length, record them separately; matching one dimension does not identify the complete bolt. Keep any original part number or readable marking with the measurement record.
If you want a set or additional items quoted, list exactly what that means for your inquiry. State individual quantities and identify any nuts, washers or other components separately rather than assuming they accompany each bolt.
