NLB140 Box Type Hydraulic Breaker

NEWLAND Box Type hydraulic breaker — representative image
The NEWLAND NLB140 Box Type hydraulic breaker uses an enclosed housing layout. Start with the NLB model reference range of 18-26 Ton, 120-180 L/min required oil flow and a 140 mm working tool, then confirm the complete mounting and hydraulic package.
Housing: Box Type
Carrier range: 18-26 Ton
Required oil flow: 120-180 L/min
Tool diameter: 140 mm
Excavator ranges and hydraulic specifications are NLB series reference values. Confirm the complete Box Type assembly and attachment mass for your carrier.

NLB140 specifications
| Specification | Listed value |
|---|---|
| Suitable excavator range | 18-26 Ton |
| Operating weight — series reference | 1978 kg |
| Required oil flow | 120-180 L/min |
| Setting pressure | 210-230 bar |
| Operating pressure | 160-180 bar |
| Impact energy | 4067 J |
| Impact rate | 350-500 blows/min |
| Hose diameter | 1 inch |
| Tool diameter | 140 mm |
These figures come from the NEWLAND NLB series specification sheet. Operating weight is a series reference: confirm the quoted housing, bracket, working tool and included components before checking the complete attachment load.
The sheet lists Ton as the carrier-weight unit. Confirm the unit basis against the excavator documentation. Setting pressure and operating pressure are separate fields; these figures are not an installation or adjustment procedure.
Evaluate the complete 18–26 Ton matching envelope
Carrier weight helps place the NLB140 on a shortlist, while the 120–180 L/min flow requirement determines whether the breaker circuit warrants further evaluation. The listed operating pressure is 160–180 bar, with setting pressure separately recorded as 210–230 bar. Keep those entries distinct in the technical proposal. The final mounting geometry and assembly weight also need checking; the 1,978 kg series reference is a comparison figure rather than confirmation of every possible installed configuration.
Two different comparisons: NLB135 and NLB150
The NLB135 covers 18–25 Ton and lists 125–160 L/min, a 1,766 kg reference weight and 3,692 J impact energy. Compared with those figures, the NLB140 has broader listed carrier and flow intervals, a higher reference weight and higher listed impact energy. Its 350–500 Bpm impact rate also has a lower upper limit than the NLB135’s 350–600 Bpm range.
The NLB150 overlaps the NLB140 only across 25–26 Ton. Its 175–220 L/min flow range overlaps the NLB140 from 175–180 L/min. For a carrier within that narrow shared weight interval, the circuit and attachment allowance are especially useful for separating the two proposals.
Confirm connections and tool scope before ordering
The NLB140 lists a 1 Inch hose diameter and 140 mm tool diameter. Those dimensions identify part of the intended package, while hose fittings, bracket measurements and tool shape remain separate checks. A replacement tool needs more than its nominal diameter: the retaining details, relevant lengths and model reference help prevent an incomplete match. Compare quoted packages with the mounting components and working tool scope stated clearly so that a lower initial quote does not conceal a different assembly.
Compare NLB140 with related NLB models
Use these catalog figures to shortlist candidates. An overlapping carrier range does not establish hydraulic compatibility or mounting fit.
NLB140 selection questions
Can a 25 Ton excavator be selected for both NLB140 and NLB150?
It falls inside both listed carrier ranges, so both can enter an initial comparison. Their flow and reference weight requirements differ, and the final choice also requires mounting, attachment load and complete circuit checks.
